2) HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT STATUS OF MY ORDER OR MAKE CHANGES / AMENDMENTS?
Send or call us with your PO No. (Purchase Order), name of company, your name, return contact information, item(s) & qty in question, what you need done, or any details as to what the problem might be!
3) WHOM DO I CONTACT AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF MATERIAL TO Ashwini FOR EXCHANGE, PROBLEM CORRECTION OR WARRANTY / NON-WARRANTY SERVICE?
ANY RETURN TO Ashwini MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
All returns are authorized by Ashwini Customer Service. We will issue you an No (Return Authorization) and the address where to delivery the material.
For an EXCHANGE OF MATERIAL or RETURN FOR CREDIT we will need to know the PO No (s) the material was purchased on, description of what you require, Part No / Qty, whether or not we should reship using the same / new PO, company name, your name, contact information, shipping address, condition of material (unused).
Returns for WARRANTY SERVICE: PO  material was purchased on, Part No. and Qty, description of problem/complaint, end-user’s name / contact info, whether or not someone spoke to tech support
NON-WARRANTY SERVICE (Repair and calibration): We will require a PO No. to cover repair charges before we can issue you an AR No.. Many items for repair are “flat rate” but some we will need to inspect & advise you of repair costs after inspection of the material. Consult customer service with the Ashwini model No. & serial No. for current pricing.
4) CAN Ashwini LOAN ME A UNIT WHILE MINE IS IN FOR REPAIR?
Yes, simply request a loaner from Customer Service at the time you are issued an AR No. (Return Authorization). They will do the best to get you an identical unit or a reasonable fascimile to keep your process going!
5) WHOM DO I ASK IF I DON’T KNOW WHOM TO ASK, OR HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I CAN GO?
Any unattended concern of yours is a concern of Ashwini Customer Service. If we don’t have the answer, we’ll help you get one and connect you with the right person / dept! We are here to serve you.
6) WHERE DO I GET AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR AN Ashwini PRODUCT?
Contact customer service with the model number and serial No. of the unit you have. Try and be as specific as possible by including all suffix and prefix numbers / and letters. Tech support (Engineering) can also help you with this request.
7) IF I NEED AN MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) FOR A PRODUCT, HOW DO I GET IT?
Contact Customer Service with the product part number and we can mail or fax it to you.
9) IF I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER WHOM DO I CONTACT?
Although Customer Service can take your order, most orders should be placed with Ashwini Sales Department, unless the order also involves a return of material.
